About the Role
Galileo is seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter to join its clinical recruiting team. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring healthcare professionals, particularly registered nurses, medical assistants, and nurse practitioners. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, devise sourcing strategies, and close successful hires. This is a fully remote position for 3 months, with potential for extension.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to closing)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and align talent strategy
- Manage candidate relationships and create exceptional candidate experiences
- Screens and evaluates applicants to ensure they meet job requirements
- Works with hiring managers to close and secure clinical talent
About You
We are looking for someone passionate about clinical recruiting who can find top talent to support patient care. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and always striving to improve processes. You must have 2+ years of experience recruiting primary care or urgent care physicians and nurse practitioners, along with a proven track record of problem-solving and relationship-building. Familiarity with recruiting tools like G Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and PracticeMatch is beneficial.
Contract Rate
This is a 1099 contract position offering 40 hours per week at a rate of $50/hour.
