Role Overview

Join a project at the cutting edge of clinical knowledge, evaluating and comparing model outputs on complex medical problems. Your expertise will directly influence how next-generation systems reason about diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Compare two model-generated responses to the same clinical prompt and determine which demonstrates stronger medical reasoning
• Analyze each model's reasoning process using provided input files to inform evidence-based judgment
• Articulate clearly why one output outperforms the other, referencing clinical accuracy, patient safety, and reasoning quality
• Submit written feedback used directly by the research team to improve model behavior
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency

Who We Are Looking For

• Holds an MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or advanced clinical/biomedical degree or equivalent professional experience
• Background in clinical practice, medical research, or a biomedical specialty
• Comfortable applying current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine to complex scenarios
• Demonstrates strong written communication with a high degree of attention to detail
• Able to work independently, manage flexible hours, and meet evaluation standards consistently
