Summary
Measures, analyzes, and facilitates improvement in clinical performance and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identifies key clinical quality and patient safety measures.
- Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical services.
- Uses the results of quality improvement activities to initiate changes in patient care practices and in the healthcare delivery system.
- Prioritizes and executes performance improvement plans related to clinical performance.
- Performs documentation and process analysis, identifies clinical best practices and works with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Serves as a resource for developing indicators for studies and projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Relevant certification as determined at position level.
- 2 years of relevant nursing experience, Preferred: Trauma program/services experience; quality improvement experience.
- NIHSS within 6 months.
- ACLS, ENPC or PALS on hire; TNCC or ATCN within 1 year.

$38.91 - $60.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
