We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality and Risk Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. The position is responsible for incident investigation, data analytics, regulatory compliance monitoring, and CMS aligned grievance management. This role requires clinical judgment or formal regulatory/quality training to interpret behavioral health events, identify trends, and support organizational risk mitigation strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical/Regulatory Investigation & Analysis Conduct clinical‑level incident investigations (self‑harm, elopement, medication events, restraint/seclusion)Perform root cause analyses (RCA, FMEA)Evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory complianceIdentify system‑level contributing factors and corrective actionsCollaborate with Nursing, Medical Staff, and Clinical Services on high‑risk events Data & Trend Analytics Analyze incident data using statistical methodsDevelop trend reports, dashboards, and risk profilesIdentify emerging patterns requiring interventionReview and document within the incident reporting applicationPresent findings to leadership and committees Regulatory Compliance Monitor compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulationsSupport survey readiness and mock tracersAssist with policy development and regulatory updates Complaint and Grievance Management Manage complaint and grievance intake, documentation, and timelinesEnsure CMS‑compliant investigation and written responsesTrack complaint and grievance trends and identify systemic issues Requirements Valid Nevada licensure as a RN or LPN required Certification in healthcare quality, compliance, or risk preferredMinimum three (3) years previous experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, quality, or risk requiredHospital experience required; behavioral health clinical experience preferredPrevious experience analyzing incident data, developing dashboards and identifying trends requiredExperience with incident investigation and RCA methodologyExperience with survey readiness activities (CMS, Joint Commission, or state)Experience using incident reporting systems and managing data integrityKnowledge of CMS grievance regulations, to include CMS-aligned investigation, documentation, and written responsesAbility to interpret clinical documentation and apply regulatory standards Benefits A full benefits package is available the first of the month following just one month of employment.
