About the role
The Clinical Quality and Compliance Specialist position at Truman Health Services is a full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift opening in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The salary range is $60,672 - $75,840, based on years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and enhances a quality management program to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates clinical compliance activities, including audits, to meet necessary accreditations.
- Aids in the collection, monitoring, and analysis of institutional data for benchmarking and decision-making.
- Facilitates quality improvement projects with subject matter experts.
- Maintains documentation of quality improvement projects and adheres to standard operating processes.
- Develops and coordinates the development of policy and standard operating procedures.
- Creates statistical and narrative reports for the leadership team.
- Monitors and tracks educational and training opportunities for clinical staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 5 years of directly related experience.
- Completed degree from an accredited institution may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
Qualifications
- Experience providing nursing and/or case management services to medically and socially complex populations.
- Experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
- Experience working in a community-based multi-disciplinary setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
