About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented psychologists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be a critical part of our clinical team, working in a collegial environment with full administrative support, the latest in digital technology, and a strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in an outpatient setting
- Work with children, adolescents, or adults as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Fully licensed as a Psychologist in Minnesota
- PhD or PsyD
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations

Pay
Compensation range: $93,000 – $160,000 annually (productivity-based model with uncapped earnings). Full-time positions also include a sign-on bonus.
