Requirements

• Hold an active Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license
• Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions
• Hold a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Complete: 60 semester hours of graduate education, 3,360 hours of post-master's supervised experience over a minimum of 2 years, and pass the NCMHCE examination
• Hold an active Massachusetts Psychologist license
• Be licensed through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists
• Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program
• Complete: 2 years of supervised experience, at least 1 year of post-doctoral supervised practice, and pass: Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP), Massachusetts jurisprudence examination
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Proficiency in English and your local language
• Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
