About the role

Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Offer services to our clients in our outpatient group office.
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary practice with high degree of care collaboration.
  • Provide well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, robust risk management support, APA-approved continuing education in house.
  • Handle essential, yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions to maintain a successful, busy practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD).
  • Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.
  • Hybrid schedule including telehealth and in-office work.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary practice with high degree of care collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed or license eligible.
  • Experience in treating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders, and behavioral, social, and emotional struggles.
  • Ability to provide telehealth services.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary practice with high degree of care collaboration.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based treatment interventions.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay

Annual Compensation Estimates: $115,000-$147,000 compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule including telehealth and in-office work.
