Clinical Psychologist
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Psychologists. We offer competitive compensation packages with uncapped earning potential, ranging from $125,000 to $160,000, based on productivity. We also provide a W2 employed position, sign-on bonuses, cash-based incentive programs, comprehensive benefits, a 401K with a 4% match, part-time and full-time options, CEUs, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and psychological testing.
Responsibilities
- Caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions
- Performing psychological testing, with most testing being referred to Psychometrists
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington with a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
