Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Conduct testing intakes and plan assessment batteries.
• Write assessment reports and deliver feedback sessions.
• Perform some psychological testing (most testing referred to psychometrists).

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in the state of Washington.
• Hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experience with testing intakes, planning assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.
• Familiarity with psychological testing procedures (most testing referred to psychometrists).

Pay

• Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential.
• Salary range: $125,000 – $160,000.
• Compensation model based on productivity.
• W‑2 employed position.
