CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Duties

• Perform bio-psychological social evaluations.
• Carry out therapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans for patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate with various agencies to support multidisciplinary patient care.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in clinical psychology.
• One year of specialized experience which includes performing biopsychosocial evaluations, developing mental health treatment plans, and providing psychological counseling.
• A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Basic Requirement: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing biopsychosocial evaluations, developing mental health treatment plans, and providing psychological counseling.
• Education: Must have a foreign education evaluated by a private organization and deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program.
