Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and drive achievement of study milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor study progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and company processes.
  • Manage project financials, forecasting, and scope changes.
  • Support business development activities, including bid defenses and proposal strategy.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • 7+ years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience leading global or multi-regional clinical studies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial and project management acumen.
