Clinical Project Manager

Role Overview: Seeking an Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex clinical trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring operational excellence and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of global and multi-regional clinical studies.Serve as primary sponsor contact, maintaining strong client relationships.Develop integrated study management plans with cross-functional teams.Drive study delivery by optimizing timelines, quality, and budgets.Provide strategic leadership, set objectives, and ensure milestone accountability.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests proactively.Monitor progress, communicate study status, and update stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulations, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and study requirements.Support business development through proposal development and presentations.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and scope changes.Mentor team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.Promote continuous improvement and share best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.At least 7 years of clinical research experience, with 4+ years in project management.Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulations, and global drug development.Experience managing multi-country, full-service clinical studies.Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and scope management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
