About the Role
As a Clinical Project Assistant, you will provide essential leadership and strategic oversight, driving the implementation and optimization of clinical initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. You will expertly manage project timelines and deliverables, facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, develop and implement best practices, and meticulously track progress to ensure successful project completion and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide project assistance to the VP, Nursing, Market Director, Clinical Education, and the regional resource for CFCP staff to complete assigned projects.
- Gather data and information, and perform analysis to lead to conclusions and recommendations on assigned projects.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports as requested, synthesizing information to create graphical and text presentations.
- Maintain proficiency with graphical, analytical, and other software to create meaningful presentations and reports.
- Prepare project reports, financial and statistical reports, surveys, questionnaires, speech materials, graphical portrayals, PowerPoints, and similar documents.
- Initiate and maintain standardized reports as assigned, including budget reconciliation, committee meeting minutes, and Regional Resource for Clinical Practice tracking.
- Communicate with internal and external audiences, including physicians, to obtain information or otherwise assist in project completion.
- Respond to calls and visits from internal and external customers, assessing urgency and suggesting appropriate referrals or resources if necessary.
- Assist with CFCP-related activities, including entering information into the Learning Management system, managing rosters, and data collection and collation.
Requirements
- High School Graduate (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or related field (preferred)
Pay
$17.24 - $24.35 /hour
