Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling
- Licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
What You Will Do in This Role
This individual will work with both internal and external customers to identify patients who are appropriate for admission to the Behavioral Health Unit. They will communicate any changes in the patient's clinical condition to physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and the Director of Intake and Admission as necessary. Additional responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $54,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on certain circumstances, but candidates are expected to be paid within this range.
