Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral hospital located in Raleigh, NC. We offer inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy working with a highly engaged staff and flexible scheduling.

• Supervise individual and group counseling sessions.
• Implement and lead treatment modalities and processes.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided, integrating clinical functions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent education/experience in social services for psychiatric and substance abuse patients.
• Current state licensure in clinical social work or counseling.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Inpatient healthcare experience.
• Prior management experience.
