Clinical Program Manager

Location: Longmont, CO (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer Position Summary Redpoint is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Program Manager to provide leadership for our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services. This role combines direct clinical care with program management, staff supervision, and operational oversight to ensure exceptional client outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced, licensed clinician with a strong background in substance use treatment, team leadership, and evidence-based practices. This individual will play a critical role in developing clinicians, improving programming, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on client success. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programming for adult clients to ensure services meet or exceed industry and regulatory standards. Monitor program effectiveness, implement evidencebased practices, and recommend ongoing program improvements. Serve as a clinical resource for staff in developing and managing individualized treatment plans. Assist with crisis intervention and ensure clients receive appropriate levels of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including the Medical Team, Cheif Clinical Officer, Chief Experience Officer, CEO, COO, and external partners to coordinate comprehensive client care. Maintain weekly clientfacing hours through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with client caseload adjusted based on leadership responsibilities. Ensure highquality clinical care through evidencebased treatment approaches. Manage client attendance and coordinate clinician coverage to maintain continuity of care. Supervise, mentor, and support therapists, counselors, and case managers. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and clinical excellence. Conduct weekly staff meetings to provide guidance, address challenges, and communicate program updates. Assist the Chief Clinical Officer with onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinicians. Provide ongoing education on substance use treatment, traumainformed care, and other clinical best practices. Ensure staff maintain required licensure and certifications while collaborating on professional development and training opportunities. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies. Oversee and sign timely and accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and chart audits. Complete incident reports when necessary and prepare reports on client outcomes, staff performance, and program effectiveness for leadership and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or another clinical behavioral health discipline. Active clinical licensure in the State of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent) required. Minimum of 58 years of experience in clinical substance use treatment. At least 3 years of supervisory or program management experience in a behavioral health setting. Extensive knowledge of evidencebased treatment modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements and local, state, and federal behavioral health regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced clinical environment while maintaining a high standard of care.
