About the Role

Responsibilities include directing projects related to operational excellence, resource management, and clinical care enhancement, such as implementing solutions, analyzing quality data, and coordinating communication among clinical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• PMI certification within one year of hire
• At least four years of relevant experience in a similar or larger setting
• Proficiency in project management, financial oversight, and strategic development
• Strong collaboration skills with upper management and stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare project management experience
