Clinical Program Coordinator II - Anesthesiology
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program, including provider schedules, payroll tracking, and time-off records.
- Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components, as well as short- and long-term clinical staffing schedules.
- Cooky, manage scheduling of anesthesia providers (faculty and APPs) and material resources across community sites; track and manage vacation, time away, and coverage needs to ensure appropriate clinical staffing.
- Conduct or coordinate training of QGenda utilization and updates for providers.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data, including staffing, payroll, and scheduling metrics. Provide input on program design.
- Support payroll processes by maintaining accurate provider schedules, tracking time worked, and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational requirements.
- Report program data and progress to program stakeholders, including updates on clinical scheduling, coverage, and workforce utilization.
- Cooky, manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations, clinical leaders, providers, and main campus administrative teams; serve as a primary administrative resource for community-based providers.
Qualifications
- Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 3 years

- Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, payroll-related tracking, and serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
