About the role
The Knauss School of Business invites applications for a full-time faculty position as a Clinical Professor in Real Estate. We seek candidates with expertise in commercial real estate, including areas such as finance and investment, market analysis, asset management, development, capital markets, or sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Teach high-quality courses in commercial real estate, including finance and investment, market analysis, asset management, development, capital markets, or sustainability.
- Design, deliver, and continuously enhance course content, syllabi, and assessments to ensure ongoing relevance and impact for students.
- Maintain appropriate AACSB faculty qualification status through sustained industry engagement and other relevant professional activities.
- Contribute to a vibrant academic community through active participation in department meetings, committees, and task forces.
- Engage in key institutional events such as admissions events, student orientations, and commencement activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: The clinical faculty position requires a graduate degree in a related field, or a graduate degree combined with relevant industry experience in commercial real estate. Demonstrated teaching effectiveness or a strong interest in teaching is highly desirable.
