Clinical Practitioner-in-Residence - Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in supervising the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic course, as directed by the Clinic Director.
• Manage a caseload, supervised by the Clinic Director.
• Meet with clients and prospective clients.
• Provide education and outreach to Veterans and Veterans organizations.
• Develop publication-worthy scholarship in Veterans Law, Administrative Law, or related scholarship topics.

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to bar in any state.
• JD from accredited law school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• One to three years as a practicing attorney, with experience in Veterans Law, Administrative Law, or appellate litigation.
• Accredited to represent veterans before the Veterans Administration.

Expected Salary

$70,000
