Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in supervising the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic course, as directed by the Clinic Director.
- Manage a caseload, supervised by the Clinic Director.
- Meet with clients and prospective clients.
- Provide education and outreach to Veterans and Veterans organizations.
- Develop publication-worthy scholarship in Veterans Law, Administrative Law, or related scholarship topics.
Required Qualifications
- Admitted to bar in any state.
- JD from accredited law school.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- One to three years as a practicing attorney, with experience in Veterans Law, Administrative Law, or appellate litigation.
- Accredited to represent veterans before the Veterans Administration.
Expected Salary
$70,000
