About the role
We are actively seeking Practicum Students, LPC Associates, or LPCs to join our team. We currently have several openings and maintain a file for future hires.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- See approximately 10 to 25 clients per week
- Participate in bimonthly staff meetings and triadic supervision meetings
- Engage in administrative tasks for volunteer practicum students
Requirements
- Active in a local church
- Confident and loving community members
- Able to provide biblical counsel when requested
- Flexible and humorous personality
- Willing to engage in continuous personal growth and development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- Current LPC license or eligibility
- Experience in private practice or similar setting
- Passionate about Christian counseling and its impact
