About the role

The Clinical Practice and Policy Specialist serves as a nursing expert responsible for advancing clinical policy, standardization, and nursing practice under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Policy & Standards and in collaboration with Clinical Excellence leadership. This role integrates system-level policy coordination with frontline clinical practice support, ensuring clinical policies are developed, implemented, and sustained in alignment with LifeBridge Health standards. The specialist partners with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and frontline teams to promote safe, high-quality, and consistent care delivery in the acute hospital setting while advancing evidence-based nursing practice and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advance clinical policy, standardization, and nursing practice in alignment with LifeBridge Health standards.
• Integrate system-level policy coordination with frontline clinical practice support.
• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical policies to ensure consistency and quality in care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and frontline teams.
• Promote safe, high-quality, and evidence-based nursing practice in acute hospital settings.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (essential).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience (essential).

Pay

$43.33 to $67.16 per hour, based on experience.
