Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of assigned practice(s) consistent with the strategic vision of the organization.
- Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
- Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns.
- Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff.
- Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- At least seven years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
- Minimum of seven years nursing or relevant clinical experience required, preferably in the ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
- Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required.
- Certification in Ambulatory Nursing desirable.
- Current BLS certification is required.
Qualifications
