St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacy Technician.

About the role

Under the supervision of the Ambulatory Pharmacy Supervisor or authorized designee, the Clinical Technician will collaborate with clinics and providers within the MHN to identify medication regimens and assist individuals unable to cover the cost of their medications and/or copays.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from patients identified for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
• Enroll individuals into the program
• Maintain program records and documentation
• Collaborate with involved healthcare teams
• Perform medication reconciliation
