Responsibilities
- Review medication orders and monitor drug therapies

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
- Active pharmacy licensure
- Significant experience in hospital pharmacy practice
Qualifications
- Completion of pharmacy residency (preferred)
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., pharmacotherapy, critical care, oncology) (preferred)
