This role is pivotal in transforming the pharmacy experience by fostering deep, interpersonal patient engagement and directly impacting patient health outcomes, customer satisfaction, and the evolution of healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical services, including comprehensive immunization programs and medication therapy management interventions, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
• Engage proactively with customers and patients, offering personalized assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Champion best practices in customer service, inspiring team members to deliver distinctive interactions that build trust and loyalty.
• Cultivate strong patient relationships by anticipating individual needs and offering services such as consultations, medication management, and drug therapy reviews.
• Support the shift toward an interpersonal pharmacy model by focusing on holistic wellness services, including immunization campaigns, flu shot initiatives, and diabetes awareness programs.
• Uphold operational excellence by diligently applying dispensing policies in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain continuous professional development by staying current with the latest pharmacy and healthcare advancements.
• Pursue and obtain necessary certifications, educational credits, and internal training to enhance performance and expertise.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 not permitted).
• Current and valid Pharmacist’s License in good standing in the state where services are rendered.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Certified Immunizer status.

Schedule

5 days per week from 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM (scheduled days will vary but remain consistent throughout the assignment).
