Clinical Pharmacist (Quality)

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Quality) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role is focused on strengthening medication management processes and supporting high-quality pharmacy operations within a healthcare environment. The pharmacist will help shape clinical criteria, review authorization activity, and support internal partners with practical clinical guidance. The position also contributes to quality control, policy development, and performance improvement efforts that support better outcomes for members and the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually Responsibilities Develop clinical criteria for medications and recommend plan design changes Monitor prior authorization requests Provide clinical support to internal teams Ensure quality controls and initiate performance improvements Develop and implement pharmacy department policies Coordinate the Medicare MTM program Assist the case management team with presentations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. in pharmacy 2+ years of managed care, clinical, hospital, or retail pharmacy experience 1+ year of pharmacy residency program experience Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills Ability to evaluate clinical trials and treatment guidelines Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules, including remote options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
