Clinical Pharmacist - PRN
About the role
Become an Essential Part of Patient Care as a Clinical Pharmacist! Are you a skilled clinical pharmacist looking to make a direct impact on patient care in a hospital setting? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a crucial role in ensuring safe, effective, and individualized medication therapy for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide expertise in drug therapy management, medication reconciliation, and patient education, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.
- Serve as a drug information resource for TriHealth providers.
- Engage in direct patient interactions, precept pharmacy residents and student pharmacists, and contribute to department projects in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (Required)
- 1 - 2 years' experience Pharmacy (Required)
- Pharmacist
- Prescription formula and mathematics for calculating dosage and quantity
- Working knowledge of all Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations

Note: This position is part-time w/benefits, and we offer flexibility to discuss alternatives, such as working one day per week as PRN (no benefits).

Work Schedule: ⏰ Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Required to work every 3rd weekend and holiday)
