Description
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Degrees: Bachelors.
- Licenses & Certifications: Registered Pharmacist.
- Bachelor of Science required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
- Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
Estimated pay range for this position is $53.11 - $73.26 / hour depending on experience.
