Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the medication-use system
- Delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license
- Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience
Pay
Minimum salary: $58.43 (hourly)
Schedule
Day shift with evening shifts required; hybrid remote work arrangement.
