Clinical Pharmacist II 7 on 7 off Night Shift
Job Summary
Initiates and ensures the quality of pharmacy and drug distribution services in all patient care areas. Assumes direct responsibility of direct medication distribution, IV admixtures, safety and efficacy of prescribed drug therapy in accordance with laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy by the appropriate state and federal agencies.
Qualifications
- PGY-1 Residency OR 1-3 years relevant hospital experience

- Age Based Competencies: Competent to provide patient care to Neonatal, Youth, Young adult, Middle Age, Elderly
- Physical Nature Of The Job: Sedentary work, sitting most of the time, walking and standing required only occasionally
Pay Range
$61.29 - $82.48
Benefits
Regularly participates in department initiatives including but not limited to supporting formulary stewardship, presenting new medication requests at Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, creating and maintaining policies and procedures, conducting assessments of workflows, and/or developing departmental tools and resources.
Schedule
7 on/7 off overnight schedule with potential flexibility to rotate into day or evening shifts based on departmental needs.
