Clinical Pharmacist - General

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource while also supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Review, evaluate, and dispense medication orders, including unit dose medications, IV preparations, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
• Collaborate with prescribers and nursing staff to support safe and effective medication therapy.
• Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments or cost-effective alternatives when appropriate.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of prescribed medications.
• Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians in daily workflow and technical tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• PharmD (or equivalent) and current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Confidence working with complex therapies, including IV medications and oncology treatments.
• Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay

$144,241 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
