About the Role

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to supervise the dispensing of all medication, ensuring the correct medication in the correct strength and dosage form is provided to the correct patient safely and timely. This role operates in alignment with professional judgment, hospital policies, and the laws governing pharmacy practice.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard patients by screening their drug regimens for allergies, drug interactions, proper drug selection, proper dosing, and therapeutic duplication.
• Provide drug information to allied health professionals and patients.
• Perform special assignments as directed by the Director of Pharmacy or other pharmacist supervisors.
