Educate and Counsel

Educate and counsel patients, families, and healthcare team members on safe and effective medication use.

Medication Therapy

• Provide safe, timely, and cost-effective medication therapy;
• Actively participate in stewardship, surveillance, and restricted-use programs.

Direct Patient Care

Engage in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds, ensuring smooth transitions of care from admission through discharge and follow-up.

Supervision and Mentorship

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents;
• Support team learning and development.

Medication Safety

• Identify, report, and help resolve medication safety events, adverse drug reactions, and errors.

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH): Required;

Work Experience

1+ hospital experience strongly preferred.
