Clinical Pharmacist - Client Success

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to the Client Success Team and clients daily
• Develop and present clinical and analytical content for clients
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to drive value for clients
• Support marketing with clinical content including webinars and blogs
• Assist other departments with clinical quality control and support
• Provide backup support for Sales Teams and Clinical Pharmacy team
• Act as a voting member for the P&T Committee

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• 4+ years of pharmacy industry experience
• Experience in community pharmacy, managed care pharmacy, or pharmacy consulting
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics software
