Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role
Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of the clinical program through collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Operations Manager, AVP Pharmacy, staff pharmacists, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals. Perform all functions relating to the dispensing of medications, including the provision of information about dosing, side effects, and compatibilities for all patients ranging from neonates to geriatric.
Schedule
- Scheduled weekly hours: 40
- Eight-hour shifts between 6am and 7pm with alternating weekends
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D degree
- Must be licensed in the State of Louisiana
- Obtain at least 15 ACPE approved education hours per year recommended
- PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency OR 3 years experience as Clinical Pharmacist preferred
