Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking dedicated Clinical Pharmacists to provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.Delivering cost-effective pharmacy services and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.Providing patient-centered care and medication counseling as needed.Participating in clinical rounds and medication management processes. Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.Alaska Pharmacist License upon hire.Basic Life Support certification, where applicable.Preferred experience in acute care hospital pharmacy and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
