About The Role
The Clinical Performance Liaison-Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides multi site clinical support across LifeBridge Health Medical Group practices. This role rotates throughout the practices to reinforce standardized workflows, strengthen clinical quality and safety, regulatory readiness, and support staff development. The LPN receives day to day guidance from the Clinical Operations Supervisor and practices within the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and LifeBridge Health Medical Group policies. The LPN serves as a clinical resource to Medical Assistants, supports providers, and reinforces clinical operational expectations across all assigned practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts structured clinical observations across multiple sites to identify workflow gaps, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Performs onsite workflow reviews, observing intake processes, documentation accuracy, care gap closure, and patient flow.
- Assists clinics in implementing standardized workflows and reinforcing best practices.
- Supports visit optimization by evaluating room readiness, supply management, and clinical efficiency.
- Serves as a clinical trainer and competency resource for Medical Assistants and new clinical staff.
- Assists the Clinical Operations Supervisor and Practice Managers in identifying staff performance gaps and recommending targeted education.
- Participates in onboarding activities for new hires across multiple practices.
- Reports safety concerns, near misses, and hazardous conditions promptly.
- Participates in site safety reviews, root cause analysis discussions, and workplace violence follow up activities.
Requirements
- Education: HS Diploma/GED required
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience, Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and comfort working independently across multiple sites. Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation. Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control
- Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
- Certification: American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR
- Must be able to travel to multiple LifeBridge Health Medical Group sites
