Clinical Payment Associate, Clinical Vendor OutsourcingW2 ContractPay Rate: $40 - $50 per hourLocation: Redwood City, CA - Remote RoleDuties and Responsibilities:Create and manage POs for vendors for assigned studies.Process contracts for assigned studies.Update and manage payment trackers.Attend assigned study finance meetings. Requirements and Qualifications:BS degree or equivalent degree/experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing trackers, purchase orders, and contracts processing, or related experience.Motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem solver with good communication and written skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are needed, with a high degree of attention to detail.Proficient with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to work with minimal direction.Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize options, anticipate challenges, and execute goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team is extremely important. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with working with financial and legal systems/portals.Knowledge and/or familiarity with contracts and purchase orders/invoices.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
