About the role

The Clinical Partner (CP) role at Baptist Health involves providing basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position requires adherence to the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Works closely with the assigned RN to ensure safe and quality patient-centered care.
• Does not delegate activities that require assessment and evaluation of patient care interventions.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• One year of experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School, GED, or equivalent.
• Licenses and certifications: Basic Life Support, Certified Nursing Assistant.

Skills

Pay

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.77 - $21.80 / hour depending on experience.
