Responsibilities
- Ensuring appropriate staffing
- Managing patient flow and bed assignments

- Modeling standards of professionalism and providing mentorship
- Promoting a positive work environment through recognition and servant leadership
- Accountability for staff adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participation in evaluations
- Supporting a culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
- Relevant certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
