The Clinical Supervisor oversees safe, high-quality patient care by competent staff, ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. They collaborate effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across units.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring appropriate staffing
• Managing patient flow and bed assignments
• Inspiring a shared vision through professional leadership and change management
• Modeling standards of professionalism and providing mentorship
• Promoting a positive work environment through recognition and servant leadership
• Accountability for staff adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines
• Participation in evaluations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Relevant certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
