Clinical Operations Strategy Lead - Practice Implementation

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Communicate progress updates to practice leadership and staff involved in the implementation
• Deliver structured training on complex EHR materials in a clear and accessible way
• Consult with medical practices to improve their adoption of value-based care methods
• Support practices through change management to optimize operational workflows
• Document outcomes and lessons learned to continuously improve the implementation process
• Ensure accurate data exchange between practices and internal services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of healthcare project lead experience, particularly in ambulatory practices or EHR systems
• 3+ years of experience optimizing top-tier ambulatory EHRs such as Epic or Athena
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and EHR system enhancement
• Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally to partner practices

Pay

$104,000+ annually
