Clinical Operations Specialist
About the Role
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
The Clinical Operations Specialist is an informal leader for nursing practice and clinical operations in outpatient physician practices. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, both divisional and system, to enhance professional ambulatory nursing practice, care coordination and clinical programs that ensure patient care quality and associated outcomes. Acts autonomously to identify, lead, drive and manage work that supports both system and service line clinical initiatives that ensure operational efficiency, enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost and continuous improvement.
