Clinical Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Cook up and monitor clinician schedules to ensure optimal utilization and availability for clients
• Support the onboarding process for new clinicians, including scheduling setup, orientation coordination, and operational readiness
• Work with leadership to ensure clinician caseloads remain full and balanced
• Aid in office utilization planning across multiple locations
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports related to scheduling and utilization
• Collaborate with the administrative and leadership teams to improve operational processes
• Assist in implementing operational improvements that support clinician productivity and client access to care
• Coordinate scheduling adjustments related to clinician availability, leave, or schedule changes
• Assist with special operational projects as the organization grows

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational and operational coordination skills
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in healthcare administration, operations, or business coordination
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinic operations is preferred
• Show strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Show high attention to detail and operational problem-solving ability
• Proficient with office software platforms and scheduling systems
