About the Role

The Clinical Nutrition Manager oversees all aspects of nutrition services within a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring a team of 2+ dietitians.
• Provide evidence-based nutritional assessments and interventions for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutritional needs.
• Manage clinical QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) projects.
• Document patient assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff on nutritional plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through policy adherence and patient rounds.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current licensure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards.
