Responsibilities

• Signed off on unit operations (Charge Nurse): Assign staff to patients, triage admissions, balance workloads, and lead interdisciplinary rounds.
• Signed off on department operations (Clinical Supervisor): Schedule Management, coordinate onboarding, perform chart audits, and assist with hiring needs.
• Provided frontline leadership: Manage escalations, fill staffing gaps, and ensured continuity of care and operations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care. Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.
• Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $41.00 to $64.09. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
