About the role

Apart from providing clinical nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions, this role involves leading a team of mental health nurses and participating in service development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Lead a team of mental health nurses
  • Participate in service development activities

Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) in Nursing or equivalent
  • Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience in mental health nursing
  • Ability to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Completion of a relevant degree in Nursing
  • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure

Pay

The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
