Clinical Nurse Specialist - Hematology Unit

Role: The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) collaborates to enhance patient care quality and outcomes within a designated specialty or population. Key Responsibilities: Acts as a leader across patient, nursing practice, and organizational levels, actively participating in nursing leadership teams to influence practice and improve healthcare delivery. Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree in nursing with a CNS focus; a Doctorate of Nursing Practice is preferred. Candidates should have nursing experience, preferably in the specialty area, and hold current RN and APRN/CNS licensure as per state requirements. Additional certifications and flexibility to adjust schedules are desirable. Skills & Requirements: Excellent leadership, collaboration, and clinical skills; current BLS certification; and ability to work independently within a team. Experience working with addiction services and specialty certifications are highly recommended. Additional Details: The role is full-time, exempt, with a schedule typically Monday to Friday, daytime hours, no weekends or on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $111,508.80 to $167,273.60, with comprehensive benefits provided.
