Clinical Nurse Specialist - Complex Medical

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) collaborates to enhance patient care quality and outcomes within a Complex Medical Unit. Serving as a clinical leader, the CNS influences patients, nursing practice, and organizational systems, actively participating in nursing leadership. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), the CNS partners with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice, improve safety, support nursing excellence, and provide clinical expertise for patients with complex medical needs.
